Actor Shona Ferguson and Actress Connie Ferguson, always keep the streets busy with their power couple magic. The two have several drama series that entertain the South African viewers at large. The likes of one of the most watched soapie The Queen, The river ,The Kings Of Joburg and many more, the most regular asked question is why they employ the same actors and same faces on every soapie they own.

There are more recycled faces than new faces, such led to complains that fans had on the Fergusons for not opening up the industry. The questions that most their viewers had was that, whether their actors have the same pay check for all their different roles and characters on their numerous soapie.

One tweep asked a question saying, ” Just out of curiosity, since you have so many shows, and most of your cast members work for you under different series. Do you pay them separately or is it one salary for every show?”, a fan asked.

Connie responded and said, ” No apology necessary. Each show has a separate contract and therefore it’s own paycheck”, she responded generously.

Maybe the reason why most of the actors that work for the Fergusons complain about being underpaid, is the fact that they have different soapie and management as well.
