Connie Ferguson is a former married woman. She wed Aaron Shona Ferguson, an actor and co-founder of Ferguson Films. It’s safe to say that they’re now among Mzansi’s most powerful couples, having risen to prominence over the years. In late 2000, Connie and Shona supposedly met for the first time, and Shona later said that they fell in love at first sight. After two months of engagement, they finally tied the knot in a small, traditional ceremony. Even though Connie has been married before (1995-1998), she has been with Shona for the past 19 years.

In the year 2021, on July 30th, COVID-19 difficulties claimed the life of 47-year-old Shona Ferguson. His passing was a great loss to his loved ones. Daughter Alicia Angel Ferguson was born in June of 2002.

Before marrying the late Shona Ferguson, Connie Ferguson was married to a man named Neo Matsunyane.

Before shona passed away in July of 2021, they made a sweet couple. Since its inception in 2010 by Connie and Shona, Ferguson Films has grown into a major entertainment centre, producing such productions as The River, The Queen, Rockville, and King of Jo’burg. The company also provides a number of different forms of entertainment. They’ve worked hard, so they can afford to live in mansions and drive Ferraris.

From the show’s premiere on February 4, 1994, through its final episode in October of 2010, Connie Ferguson portrayed Karabo Moroka in the SABC1 soap opera Generations. She also played the helicopter parent and family matriarch Marang Lebone on the M-Net drama series The Wild from 2011 to 2013.

Acting credits include Soul City 1, 2, 3, and 4; What If; Crime Reporter; and Maitemogelo. The actress has been on Okavango as a special guest star and as a lead in the show Cape of Good Hope.

She has also made guest appearances on Danger Zone, Matswakabele 2 and 3, Lesilo Rula 2, On The Right Track and Surbuban Bliss.

Connie has produced and performed as Harriet Khoza in the Mzansi Magic serial opera The Queen since 2016.

The drama series is set in Pretoria against the backdrop of South Africa’s mining sector. Once thought to be a boon, the finding of diamonds in the river that separates the impoverished township of Refilwe from the opulent neighborhood of Silver Lakes quickly becomes a curse.
