The South African music industry has suffered major loses in the past month, people are heartbroken and in disbelief.

On the 10th of february Kiernan Forbes (AKA) was brutally murdered outside a popular restaurant on Florida road in Durban. He was supposed to perform at the YuGo club but never got the chance too. He was shot at close range and died instantly. Kiernan was laid to rest on the 18th of february. A little over a month later South Africans recieved more devastating news that award winning jazz singer and songwriter Gloria Bosman had passed away after a short illness. Gloria was known for her soothing voice.

A musician by the name of Mnqobi Nxumalo posted that Gloria was laid to rest next to AKA at the Heroes Acre Westpark cemetery. Fans were emotional and could not believe that the musicians are no more. May their souls rest in peace.
