The winner of the first season of BBtitans is Khosi Twala, a 25-year-old South African journalist, fitness expert, and model from KwaZulu-Natal. Attended the University of Johannesburg to study.

The first housemate to be revealed in the season 1 of the show was The Winner of the BBtitans, who ultimately took home the $100k cash prize on April 2, 2023.
