Zonke Mchunu is an actress well know for her role in Muvhango as Imani Nkosi.

Zonke was born on the 12 of October 1993 at Stranger, KwaZulu Natal, SouthAfrica. He was raised by her mother who was a cleaner at Zonke’s former high school.

She has four older sisters and a brother who is the youngest of them all. Her father died when she was 11 years old.
After matric she went to Berea Tech college to study civil engineering but she could not finish because of financial issues at home. She then applied for financial aid at Durban University of Technology, where she was accepted to study drama.
She then started acting on UZalo as an option extra singing in a choir. She then joined classes of acting for Duma kaNdlovu before he joined Muvhango.
