She was born on the 22nd January 1994 in Soweto. Thuli got her first big acting role when she was just 17 years old. Phongolo began her acting career playing Zama on the South African Broadcasting Corporation’s TV series Tshisa. Thuli posted this on her Instagram stories and people started to talk

Some people were saying they don’t see any harm in the post. The said she is just appreciating her Helper. Some were saying she is treating he Helper like a slave ,they were the helper were supposed to be sleeping but she is waiting for madam to come back so that she can undress her. Tweeps have mixed feelings about the the post.

Below are some of comments from Twitter after someone screenshot the post and shared it on Twitter.

Guys, what’s going on kanti? Which part of this is distasteful/wrong? I’m lost.

Our mothers are going through a lot shame, this is nonsense

You shouldn’t have used your emotions when reading the post. 😑… Ths has nothing to do with your mother. Her relationship with her helper is different from your mother’s relationship with her employer. And what if she is a stay in helper.

Why guys angry? I read this 3 times trying to figure out what’s off. This looks like someone who did it on her own accord. She wasn’t forced. Even this girl sounds surprised, & happy too that the helper would do that. It only points out that the helper is treated well, paid…

How are we expecting other race to respect and treat their helper good when our own people make them their slaves 🚮

And she saw it fit to come and brag about it on social media🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮… It says a lot about her upbringing…

Is death moving inside Emzini Wezinsizwa family? Seven members have died, including the creator

Emzini Wezinsizwa is a sitcom that aired on SABC 1 between 1994 and 2004. It’s about five adult males who moved to a Johannesburg hostel to earn a living.

The main cast members include Jerry Phele who played Mofokeng on the show, Roland Mqwebu, Shadrack Ngema, Jabulani Nkosi, Vusi Thanda, Bafana Mlangeni and Washington Sixolo.

It’s a pity that many of the cast members have already died, living others in fear of following them to the land of the dead. Jerry Phele, Vusi Thanda, and Jabulani Nkosi have watched their colleagues die one after another. They are the only remaining main actors in the sitcom. It seems like death is moving inside Emzini Wezinsizwa family, as so far six cast members have died and the creator of the show making it seven.

Maxwell Mlilo died in 2006. After nine years they started dying one after another. Bafana Mlangeni was the first one to pass on, in 2015 after suffering from diabetes. A month later Roland Mqwebu followed on August 2015 .

And in the same year on December Shadrack Ngema died too. Nyembezi Kunene died in 2016 after battling with diabetes for a long time and a year to follow Washington Sixolo died at the age of 83.

Three months ago we heard the sad news that the creator of the sitcom has died too. Pixley Shabangu, the man behind Emzini Wezinsizwa died at the age of 69 after battling with diabetes.Vusi Thanda is living in fear, and everytime when Emzini Wezinsizwa actor dies he’s scared to get sick even if it is glue. May God heal the Emzini Wezinsizwa family.

Zodwa Wabantu Honors Her Late Grandmother Family over everything!

!

Zodwa Wabantu might have adopted Durban as her second home,  but from time-to-time, the controversial media personality is not afraid to remind us that she is still that girl from Soweto.

Read next: Inside Zodwa Wabantu’s Glitzy Birthday Celebration Weekend

Her latest posts did just that. First, the good sis gave us township-chic. In an image reminiscent of Brenda Fassie and the much talked about odes to the people that she loved; ordinary South Africans. Zodwa is sitting on the curb with quarts of alcoholic beverages that she is sharing with the locals from her street.  What was missing from the image was the beverage that Zodwa garnered her popularity with, but maybe that drink does not align with her brand anymore. Moreover, it seemed that Zodwa and her family were not just chilling together, but were hosting a traditional ceremony. The nature of the traditional ceremony was not revealed. But what was revealed was that besides having a tasted for the brown or clear bottle, is that Zodwa can also make traditional bear. In one post, we see her getting her hands dirty as she mixed the umqoboti herself. She then followed these posts with one that tugged at the heart strings. The traditional ceremony resulted in Zodwa and her family going to the final resting place of her late grandmother. The image showcases that the sisters delivered a wreath, and had some time to bond and speak to their grandmother. The showcasing of the intimate moment when celebrities go and visit the resting places of their loved ones has become a motif that has been used continuously of late. From Pearl Thusi sharing an image of herself at her mother’s resting place. To Lasizwe and Khanyi Mbau sharing the visit to Lasizwe’s mother’s resting place. It is slowly becoming a thing to do.

Ta Fire Trolls Riky Rick & Focalistic They were never ready for this!

Since the release of Ungazncishi, by Riky Rick & Focalistic, it has become a national anthem and turned into a popular urban culture statement. The catchy song is definitely going to be a jam for the festive season. A local, well-known comedian by the name of Ta Fire decided to troll the song, with his own funny version.posted the video on his Twitter timeline and tagged Focalistic as well, he was clearly humoured by the silly video.

“Mxim, he wena san Ung’jwayel amaqanda dawg @FOCALISTIC look what this guy did to you”

On the video, Ta Fire pretends to be Riky Rick in the studio, while recording the hooks to the hit song as he spits into the studio mic. Riky Rick then switches to Focalistic and tells him to not prevent the feature. A clearly lit Focalistic mumbles some incoherent words until Riky Rick decides to add more lines about posting nudes to his Social media channels.

Focalistic’s impersonation was extremely funny and almost realistic, the self-proclaimed Pitori Maradona, burst into the music scene quite recently. He is arguably one of 2019’s break-out stars, his real name is Lethabo Sebetso and he first came onto the scene back in 2017 with the song Fakamali. He has a very versatile style of music, which he calls Pina Tsa Ko Kasi.Since his fame, he has worked with many well-known stars like Cassper Nyovest on Skaftin and Never Know, Vigro Deep, Major League DJz and on this track with Riky Rick. Even though Cassper Nyovest and Riky Rick have a good and bad history, this hasn’t affected the youngster while working with Makhado.

While speaking to Slikour, Cassper explained that he is still hurt by the breaking up of his friendship with Riky Rick and how it has affected his mother. He shared that his mother was very worried about their feud because she considered Rick her son, and wanted to know why her “sons” were fighting. Ultimately, he hopes that they are able to reconcile in the future as he doesn’t want the drama in his life.

Riky Rick is yet to respond to anything Cassper said on Slikours show but he seems to be in good spirits with Focalistic and taking jokes from Ta Fire. Maybe Ta Fires hook on the video will someday make it onto Makhado’s album but for now, we can only laugh at his funny skit.

DJ Zinhle Capsules Release Date Revealed Sis is ready to drop her sunglass collection.

DJ Zinhle for the past couple of months has worked to tease us all with her upcoming capsule collection, Era by DJ Zinhle sunglasses, and now it seems she is finally ready to make the collection available for all to consume.

Currently, the sunglasses are being enjoyed only by those close to the producer and DJ. Like friend and initial face of the brand, Moozlie. The good sis has been spotted wearing a number of the selections that will be part of the collection. The latest showcase of a selection from the range comes as the star posted the trailer for her upcoming music video, “I’m a star.” In the trailer, the first look Moozlie has on, she has completed by wearing one of the sunglasses from the upcoming collection. But Moozlie in the past months has endorsed the brand multiple times. The good sis went as far as letting Riky Rick wear a selection from the collection and went on ahead to share the snap of the two of them together. This was a smart move from Moozlie, as it showcased that the brand is unisex and both females and males can find a selection from the collection to match their style.

The rest of the work to promote the collection has all been DJ Zinhle. The “Indlovu,” featuring Lloyiso has been heard at work trying to decide on her favorite style from the entire range. And DJ Zinhle trying to decide which of the styles is her favourite from the collection only means that we as her fans get to see glimpse of the entire collection via her Instagram stories.

Her first choice was the cat-eye capsule with a white frame and aqua tinted lens. DJ Zinhle for a moment was in love with these sunglasses and provided us with the content by sharing how they look on her. This was followed with what keeps coming back as a go-to for the girl, which is the silver tinted glasses, with a complementary steel frame detail that just spells out money.

A frame that she has become synonymous for is what should be the signature for the collection. The black framed glasses, with a gold frame. The frame looks dented, therefore providing the illusion of studs or when hit by the sun of diamonds. And anyone that has followed DJ Zinhle long enough, there is no denying that the girl loves her diamonds.

The sunglass collection is expected for release on Monday, 16 November 2020. The sunglasses will be available for purchase via her Era by DJ Zinhle website. The model has worked with her watches, therefore the sunglasses will hopefully sell out just the same way.
