Pearl On Why It Didn’t Work Out With Robert Marawa She also addressed Queen Sono and Bonnie Mbuli

As always, it was another lit episode of Podcast And Chill with Mac G and this time around, his guest was outspoken television actress Pearl Thusi and knowing the Queen Sono star, it was going to be a lit episode.

The conversations were lit, from leaving her daughter a good inheritance should anything happen to her and borrowing her other house to a friend during the pandemic.

I actually borrowed my house to a friend during the Corona moment. Just because that’s the type of energy that helped me to get to where I am today.”

Scared to ask Pearl about her relationship with ex Rober Marawa, the host was surprised to find out that Pearl didn’t mind talking about him.

“Robert and I had a great relationship things didn’t work for reasons we’d rather not talk about. That wasn’t our intentions but that’s what happened. You need to know when to leave situations no matter how much you want to stay
When something is not good for you don’t die in it, learn from it and move on.

“In all my relationships I feel like that’s been the situation. I get to a point where I’m like – cause every relationship is supposed to be a consideration of, is this the rest of my life? – and if you’re saying No then you’re wasting time.

“When you become uncomfortable in any situation then it’s time to grow.
Some people are so desperate to stay safe and secure that they never grow. And that’s so sad for me.”

Pearl believes that the entertainment industry is the way it is because people have a sense of entitlement. “The whole evil and everything that happens in this industry is because people believe certain things belong to them and you need to learn to let things go. That has been what helps me grow in this industry.”

Mac G also asked her about the money she made from Queen Sono and Pearl hinted that it looked good. ‘When you do a show like Queen Sono you can’t do any other work. It was the first one they were doing. The bag was good.”

Mama Panther also expressed her disappointment at Bonnie Mbuli.

“Bonnie had a good time with me. I was like girl, you have my number. This is so disappointing like what did I do? All I did was defend my work. You can’t say all I have is because of something I can’t change and expect me to accept that. That’s rude so I’m going to defend my work. I’ve worked too hard.”

Norma had the nation glued to their small screens last night when she spilled the beans on Malusi Gigaba’s dealings with the Gupta family, his porn, and their legal battle.

First of all, she opened up about Malusi’s leaked video where he was seen performing a solo game with his machine down there. Norma said the video was not meant for her as Malusi had stated before

“That was not my video. Like, I don’t want to lie. I have never imagined something like that in my mouth so it was not for me. So I do not know who it was for. I don’t even know if he knows who he sent it to because there are a lot of those. They are his videos, they are not mine.”

Norma also shocked everyone when he revealed that his estranged ex-husband is addicted to porn. “He has a problem of porn addiction because he is always watching porn, and sometimes for him, it’s a fantasy,” she said.

She said Malusi likes to be special and he even got angry when his blue lights were withdrawn after resigning as a minister. Norma said she does not believe that Malusi’s life is under threat because he is not often with his securities and denied that she wants to kill him.

Norma also opened up about Malusi’s alleged dodgy dealings with the Gupta family and said they used to give him bags filled with a stash of cash.

“They used to give him a lot of money but I don’t know what they were giving him money for, but sometimes he used to say, ‘I do favours for them’, the Guptas, so then they would give him money. It was a lot of cash all the time so I don’t know what it was for, but he would use that money for different things, maybe it’s either for his lifestyle, to build his home or to give it to his sisters,” she said.

Norma concluded her interview by saying she is not scared of whatever will happen to her after the interview saying she is not a coward. Reacting to the interview, Malusi said he will not be commenting about it calling it a “Moja Love Audition.”

“To Whom It May Concern. Please note that I shall not be commenting on any aspect of the Moja Love TV audition which will be airing on eNCA at 18h00, tonight. My energy is exclusively reserved for my fight with the askaris who are the de facto puppet masters. #LongLiveTheAnc!” he wrote.
