Zinhle Mabena’s arrest drama has been trendin since yesterday, so we though we would take a look at the man who is at the centre of this whole scandal, her soon to be ex husband Robert Ngwenya.
He was married to Zinhle for 5 years and they have a daughter together.

He has 3 children from previous relationships.

Ngwenya’s businesses include a construction and landscaping business formed in 2011 called 20Elevation.

The businessman is also very popular with ANC big wigs and has a charity foundation for the needy.He also host an annual event in the north west province under the banner of #NyaopeMustFall.

He is most famous for being ChairMan of the Chamber of Commerce in The North west province(VTSD).

He also claims to be a polygamist, author, father, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

Mabena was arrested Tuesday night at the Pretoria Central police station for allegedly conspiring to commit murder. The actress was accused of plotting to murder her estranged husband Robert Ngwenya.

Phil Mphela tweeted, “Mabena, known for playing Sihle on Isibaya, was arrested last night for an alleged conspiracy to murder her husband. The attempted murder incident took place in January, resulting in the death of the husband’s bodyguard.

But now she is a free woman as her case has been thrown out due to lack of evidence. “I act on behalf of Zinhle and confirm that she was unlawfully taken into custody yesterday but is now a free woman after the NPA declined to place the matter on the roll, because of the preposterous nature of the allegations against our client. We can also confirm that nothing plausible was provided to the authorities to link our client to any crime including but not limited to Murder or attempted murder or any conspiracy of sought,” Zinhle’s lawyer, Joshua Lazarus, said in a statement.Rallying behind Zinhle as many have been expressing mixed reactions to this matter, Sihle publicly declared her support for Mabena. The actress commented on the statement Zinhle shared on her Instagram page and said: “You are loved” with heart emojis. The statement said Zinhle has been “subject to a lot of intimidation and scrutiny by an individual known to her and who has been trying to damage her reputation.”A Twitter user weighed in on this and said a person is innocent until proven guilty and told people must be mindful of the information they consume because character assassination is rife

Mabena was facing two charges of murder and attempted murder. In January Robert was ambushed by gunmen who opened fire to his car and shot his bodyguard who died.

Zinhle told Daily Sun that what unfolded has left her traumatic and thanked everyone who rallied behind her.

“I cannot pretend and begin to explain how traumatic last night was for me to spend a night in police detention. I thank my family, close friends, and my legal team for their support and faith in my innocence despite the despicable and utter lies that are spreading against me.”

When Ms Madikizela took to Twitter to accuse DJ Fresh and Euphonik of drugging and raping her in 2011 a few days ago, DJ Fresh revealed that he doesn’t know her.

Then the former 94.7 DJ’s went on a tweeting spree this week when the NPA dropped the rape charges due to lack of evidence, with EuphoniK calling out Madikizela’s supporters and “toxic feminists” and DJ Fresh allegedly “tainting Madikizela’s character” by calling her a pathological liar on Twitter.Fresh’s tweets have now backfired as tweeps are wondering why “he’s still obsessed with discrediting Madikizela” when the charges were dropped. They have now labelled him a liar as his tweets seem inconsistent.

The former 94.7 DJ tweeted 3weeks ago: “This is all so weird having to explain myself about a person I don’t even know!!!” and has now revealed that the family actually contacted him…the same family he tweeted about not knowing three weeks ago.

He replied to a tweet of someone who called Madikizela a pathological liar and tweeted yesterday: “Aunt of hers called me 3weeks ago stating EXACTLY THIS!!!She wouldn’t speak on the record coz “family.”Now the Madikizela’s have released a statement in which they deny that any member of their family ever contacted the DJ and they’re also demanding evidence from Fresh of such a call. The Madikela’s also showed a united front against the DJ in the statement by stating that they absolutely believe their daughter, they’re proud of her and salute her for standing up for herself as many rape survivors aren’t as brave.

They’re also asking DJ Fresh to retract his false claims against their daughter immediately or provide more details of the “so-called phone call” that transpired between him and their family member.

Fresh replied to a tweep who called him a liar yesterday: “There is only one liar in this equation and she has all yall in a frenzy!! More to be revealed in the morning” and has just released a statement this morning from “Ms Madikizela’s roommate” that taints Ms Madikizela as a liar once more:

Another fun fact about Khanyi’s beau is that he was also the youngest Zimbabwean to own an airplane back in 2016.

Another rumour that has been circulating for a while is that Andile is quite the playboy and is also secretly dating Kamo Mphela. Later on, Sithelo posted a video of her unwrapping gifts she was showered with and they are top-tier. She showed off her Rolex timepiece and thanked Andile for pulling out all the stops for her pricey gifts.

I love you” she captioned her post.The lovebirds’ relationship was rocked by drama after Sunday World’s source told the publication that Andile mother, Shauwn Mkhize accused Sithelo of getting pregnant to be part of the wealthy family.

Shauwn claimed that she was not aware that Andile had impregnated Sithelo and said she would only entertain Andile’s wife “Woow! I don’t know anything about Andile’s girlfriends. I can’t believe that Andile can hide something so big from me. We are very open to each other but I can’t be telling him who he must date and who he must not. Andile is still young and I can’t involve myself in his private affairs.” But it seems they are not good.

DJ Fresh has taken to his social media to prove his innocence following the rape allegations levelled against him and DJ Euphonik.

Recall, the two have been all over the internet after a lady named Nampree accused them of allegedly drugging and raping her.However, few days ago, the National Prosecuting Authority dismissed the rape case opened against him and DJ Euphonik.

NPA North Gauteng regional spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana said the authority decided not to prosecute due to “a lack of sufficient evidence”.

However, the DJ is still doing the most to prove his innocence in the court of public opinion.
Taking to social media, DJ Fresh posted a statement from his accuser’s star witness.
The witness denied being present at the time of the alleged rape and refuted the claims made by the alleged victim, Ms Madikizela.
He posted: “Nampree’s friend and “star witness” also confirms under oath that this is a lie.”
