Bafana Bafana star and midfielder Bongani Zungu is always making the headlines when it comes to his love life. The soccer star who split from his fiancee Khanyi Cele last year has been seen getting cosy with actress Cindy Mahlangu.
In an Instagram Live recorded last month the two are seen debating on whether Bongani Zungu watches telenovela ,The Queen, which the actress stars in. At the end of the video he is heard asking her if he is making her blush with her laughing in response.

character YV, actress Kgomotso Christopher has already moved on to the next chapter, which includes being a lead in an upcoming drama and a TV presenting gig on a baby talk showKgomotso took to Instagram to share that joining the presenters of SABC2 baby-themed show Raising Babies 101 was a dream come true. She explained that she had prayed for such a gig over a decade ago.

Last month, M-Net announced “Legacy”, the channels first telenovela with Kgomotso Christopher, Michelle Botes, Mary-anne Barlow, Deon Lotz, Jay Anstey, Dawid Minnaar and David Jeftha Deon.
Since then, the list has grown with Siyabonga Thwala, Leeanda Reddy and Don Mlangeni Nawa added to the cast as co-workers on a mission.
Produced by Tshedza Pictures, “Legacy”, which debuts on the small screen in September, is centred on the affluent Price family and the down-to-earth Potgieters.
Viewers will be lured into the shenanigans at the Price’s high-end investment company. Behind closed doors, there’s plenty of backstabbing and plotting going on between the new Mrs Price, the former Mrs Price and her grown-up brood.
The actress, stand-up comedian and scriptwriter won the hearts of many South Africans in “Isidingo”. Thwala is well known for portraying taxi boss Mpiyakhe Zungu in Mzansi Magic’s popular soap “Isibaya”. He also created and hosted “Yobe”, the documentary series in which ex-offenders approach victims or victims’ families for forgiveness. The impressive resume of this celebrated stage thespian furthermore includes television appearances in |The Republic”, “Scandal”, “Isidingo” and “Generations”.
Reddy slips into the skin of Nirvana Perumal, Legacy’s sharp, witty and tough Investment board chairperson.
Siyabonga Thwala plays Msizi Zulu, an ambitious board member who also is the head honcho at Legacy Media and L24 News. Like Felicity (Barlow), the company founder’s opportunistic daughter, Msizi, is eyeing the coveted CEO position. Felicity should take note, because nothing will stop him from landing his dream job!

Veteran actress Linda Sebezo has opened up about the devastating economic impact Covid-19 has had on her life, that saw her survive off her mother’s pension.
The star told TshisaLIVE in an interview this week that she was disappointed at how the government has treated artists during the pandemic. She said that she applied for the department of sports, arts and culture’s Covid-19 relief fund.
The actress explained that she is a call actor, who works different jobs to make ends meet. She had just joined the cast of Mzansi Magic’s eHostela and was busy with several projects when life came to a standstill during the lockdown.
The fund was launched in March, pledging R150m to help artists and athletes hit hard by Covid-19.“We were told to apply for a relief fund only to find out that I don’t qualify. My heart was bleeding. I’m a taxpayer and I don’t owe tax. On the other hand I had to pay fees for my daughter who attends a private institution and I didn’t have money to pay for her then.“I’m a single mother who juggles different jobs to put bread on the table. I do roadshows on Saturdays and shoot Isibaya and eHostela.
“I work hard every month to raise R40,000 to pay my bond, car, and school fees. All of a sudden everything got stuck. My heart was very heavy when I saw my mom buying bread for us.”
Now she cherishes every moment she gets with her children and said she is taking things one day at a time.
“When I get home from work I spend two hours with my children and they understand that I need to prepare for tomorrow’s shoot. When I’m off, I cook for them and spend time with them by playing games.
