Rapper Cassper Nyovest has taken to Twitter to pen a scathing message to the president of the country, Cyril Ramaphosa. This follows another spat of violence against women and children in the country, as we celebrate women’s month.Mr President!!! The women and children in our communities are perishing at the hands of men!!! All we hear is “we need to do better” but nothing is ever done. It is not getting better !!! When will this doing better begin ?

Just recently the death of Wits University student Kwasa, who was allegedly killed by her ex-boyfriend sparked outraged on social media. Weighing in his opinion Cassper said women and children are perishing at the hands of men.

The rapper expressed his shock over the death of Kwasa, and said all we hear is that we need to do better but nothing is being done.
