Talk of an impending global recession is difficult to avoid these days, especially as central banks appear determined to tame runaway inflation in the face of weaker economic growth.

If a global recession does unfold, it will be the fourth in three decades, each of which rippled through South Africa’s economy. Another downturn will be no different and may be even more difficult to recover from than the last, the pandemic driven recession.

Taking to Twitter recently, Cassper shared his surprise as to just how people are cash strapped in South Africa recently. As such, he asked his followers what they believe the reason for this was.



This is when he shared his surprise and financial realities in light of the rising cost of living in South Africa.

That is when one jumped to the comment section to say that the rapper is worth alot of money.

The Doc Shebeleza hitmaker then explained that there was a difference between net worth and cash flow. More so given the cost for him to maintain the type of lifestyle he has accrued and created for himself.
