There is a saying by Matt Walsh, that goes as follows; “Parenting is the easiest thing in the world to have an opinion about, but the hardest thing in the world to do”. Fathers and Mothers have different outlooks or opinions when it comes to raising their children.

That is because the way fathers handle situations is the total opposite of how mothers do. The biggest example of this came in the form of South African rapper Cassper Nyovest, aka Mutasa gave his son Khotso his first haircut over the past weekend.

The rapper recently became a first-time father not so long ago. As his baby, mama Thobeka Majozi is often the one to spend most of her time with their son. She decided to leave Khotso in the care of his father, while she went out with some friends for a much-deserved break.

However, she did not expect what was about to happen in her absence. For those who remember Cassper Nyovest from his earlier days into stardom back in 2014-15. There is one key feature that everybody remembers him for, which was his signature long ponytail haircut.

Which surprised many back in 2016, when he finally decided to ditch his signature saying it was time for him to grow up. Well, it seemed as though Cassper was not totally over his old look, so he took advantage of being left alone with his son and gave him the same cut.

The rapper took to his Instagram page over the weekend and posted photos of Kgotso’s first haircut. “Gave boy his first haircut today and I just had to give it a Lil 2015 Nyovest flavour.” Said Cassper Nyovest.

Knowing that people will question his choice of haircut the rapper went on further to say. “He is my son, I can do whatever I want!!! He is gonna hate me for this when he grows up doe!! Sorry boy your daddy a lil crazy!!!.” wrote the rapper captioning the post.

It did not take long before Mzansi started reacting to the photos, as they flooded Cassper’s comment section with their reactions and thought on the hair do. Including the likes of Major League DJz, Bontle Modiselle, American rappers Talib Kweli and Vic Mensa.

But the comment that takes cake was that of his baby mama Thobeka Majozi, who goes the handle @bexxdoesitbetter on Instagram.

She stepped into the comments section to give reaction. She commented “Omg! When? How?” as expressed her shock, while also promising never to leave her son in Cassper’s care.
