Bucie faces losing her house after bank seeks to repossess her it

Busisiwe ‘Bucie’ Nqwiliso has become a topic of discussion due to her recent financial troubles involving a local bank, which is now seeking to repossess her house because of unpaid bond instalments.

News24 has reported that Nqwiliso’s failure to pay bond instalments amounting to R1 million may result in the sale of her house through an auction.

Despite these reports, Bucie has yet to address the rumors and has generally maintained a private personal life, with little information available about her house. This is not the first time she has faced repossession issues with banks this year, as there were previous rumors linking the repossession to her outstanding car instalments.

In March, the media reported that Bucie had been ignoring Nedbank’s attempts to collect the debt after her car was repossessed. Nedbank took legal action against her for unpaid instalments on her 2016 Volkswagen Amarok 2.0 BiTDi.

It was reported that she had purchased the car for a substantial amount of R766,958.40, with monthly instalments of R10,651.70. However, she defaulted on these payments, and as of September 2022, she allegedly owed the bank R322,203.70.

These financial challenges emerged shortly after she announced her comeback to the music industry.
