Bonang Matheba may be the next president of South Africa. The media personality has taken to social media to hint that leading may be on the cards for her. This comes after the Constitutional Court ruled that an independent candidate may run for elections. South Africans have had mixed reactions to the ruling and one particularly interesting reaction came from Bonang Matheba. The media mogul said that she would consider standing for presidency when a tweep suggested that she should. Twitter user sokok said A tweep said,” @bonang can you run for the presidency and beat the ANC? Ground breaking judgement.”

Queen B replied and said, “I might just try it”. A lot of her fans vowed to support her bid and they encouraged her to run for the presidency.

Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga handed out the judgement allowing independent candidates to run for the office of the President.
