Soccer fans across SA were left traumatised after watching Mamelodi Sundowns player Bongani Zungu break TS Galaxy player Bernard Parker’s leg during a match almost one month ago. Footage of the incident went viral as social media criticised Zungu’s attitude on the field after getting a red card.

Footage of the incident was shared on social media and went viral as app users discussed Zungu’s anger at getting a red card.

It appears it is all water under the bridge for Parker who just shared a video of himself doing a pretty intense workout.

In the clip, he does some upper and lower body exercises using weights. “Trust the process, one day at a time,” he captioned the video.
