Former Scottish model Stacey McCarthy formerly known as Stacey Munro who is married to Manchester United first team coach Benni McCarthy paid her last respect Queen Elizabeth II.
The late Queen Elizabeth II who is the longest UK’s serving monarch tragedy succumbed to her death on 8 September 2022 at Balmoral Castle at aged 96 after reigning for more than 70 years.
To mark this great loss, Stacey McCarthy who was born and raised in Scotland during her reign took to her official social media account where she paid her last respect to the late Queen of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth realms.
On Tuesday, Stacey McCarthy who wedded the all time leading goalscorer of Bafana Bafana Benni McCarthy in 2014 in Scotland, took her Instagram stories where she shared a picture where she paid her last respect to Queen Elizabeth II whose body was lying in state at the St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh.
Taking to the popular platform, Stacey McCarthy who share two beautiful children named Lima and Leo with the former Blackburn Rovers and Orlando Pirates forward then wrote, “Her Majesty The Queen’s coffin lies at rest in St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh.

On Tuesday, as reported by the 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘠𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘗𝘰𝘴𝘵, the late monarch’s body later that evening was transported to the Buckingham Palace where her family had the opportunity of paying their last respect.
In addition, according to the same source mentioned above, from Wednesday the body of her Majesty will then lie in state at the Palace of Westminster for four days where the general public will be able to pay their last respect before she is laid to her finally resting place on 19 September.
