“Believing Bonang owned the wine was like believing she owned Revlon.”

Everyday there’s something to talk about on Twitter. It either Twitter feud and sometimes it’s pure jealous and personal vendettas public figures have against each other. Today Ntsiki mazwai posted something about Bonang matheba that got people calling her out for jealousy.

Ntsiki Mazwai is a very popular South African Beadwork Artist, Musician, Author, Poet, Producer, Blogger and Social Activist. She is also known for posting excatly what she wants without being scared and this time she posted “Believing Bonang owned the wine was like believing she owned Revlon. She is just the marketing gimmick to sell these products. Not the owner.”

People just believed that this is pure jealousy. A tweep replied saying “I don’t like Bonang at all but this smells like pure jealousy. So what if she doesn’t own them. She’s a brand, it’s for marketing and she’s getting paid for it. I thought that was what we all want to do, make money.”

Another tweep said “At least she is marketing something that has her name on it. One has to start somewhere, it does not mean she will never get to own her own.”

I have to agree with the last comment, atleast Bonang is marketing something that has her name on it. And obviously we knew she didn’t own the brand by herself. I really don’t understand what Ntsiki’s point was.
