Her starring role in the SABC1 sitcom Thandeka’s diary as Dee was a game-changer in her career.

She joined the seventh SABC2 daytime talk show’s Talk SA as a co-presenter in 2016. Monama speaks several languages like English, Zulu, Sotho, Xhosa, and Tswana.
