They say it doesn’t rain it poures for Kelly Khumalo as she is battling accusation for being allegedly implicated in the murder of his late ex-boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa. The South African singer is now battling with the bank. Who wants to repossess her car.

According to Sunday World Nedbank vehicle finance wing,(MFC) has filled papers in Johannesburg High Court. This comes after Kelly Khumalo defaulted on payments for her Porche Cayenne TipTronic car.

The “Empini” hitmaker received a loan amount of about R500 000 to buy a vehicle back in 2017. She was expected to pay less than R10 000 per month up until 2023. The songbird is in arrears of R62 000 since July 10.

The bank’s legal representative,DRSM Attorneys said in a letter to the songbird they were demanding that she settle the arrears on July 13.

On August 20 the bank cancelled the sale of the agreement,as she could not settle the amount.They also said in the letter she must hand over the vehicle,but she did not respond.

Kelly was summoned on September 11 but she failed to to enter an appearance to defend in ten days as stipulated by law.

The lawyers wants khumalo to hand over the car and forfeit all funds she paid in instalments towards the vehicle. Attemps to contact Kelly Khumlalo proved fruitless.
