Local musician Bongekile Simelane, popularly known as Babes Wodumo, has reportedly opened a case of assault against her partner and fellow musician Mandla Maphumulo, known as Mampintsha. The case was opened on Monday at the Westville police station in Durban.

Babes Wodumo was then reported to have dropped charges against Mampintsha. The couple made headlines for that year after a video in which Babes Wodumo could be seen being beaten, allegedly by her fiance Mampintsha. He has been accused of beating her before.

Mampintsha talks new music and opens up about his relationship with Babes Wodumo. Indeed the couple have been through and they deserve happiness.

Acconding to News24 Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha’s are said to host their own reality series ‘Uthando Lodumo’ which is set to premiere on Showmax in February .
