Mphowabado and Themba Broly finally put the rumors to bed. The former Big Brother Mzansi season 3 housemates have finally confirmed that they are in a romantic relationship as was anticipated by their fans.

BBMzansi Season 3 winner Mphowabadimo said on the final eviction she will never date anyone that was inside the Big Brother House when asked by Lawrence before being declared as the winner, but now it looks as if she had forgotten about her vow.

 

 

 

 

 
The two were close even when they were inside the big brother’s house, but the idea of dating whilst inside the house did not sit well with Mpho. Also, she was speculated to be in a relationship with Limbo Njomba. The two (Libo and Mpho) had been very close since the beginning of the show but their ups and downs did not allow them to pursue whatever they were feeling for each other.

Meanwhile, Themba had made his intentions from the get-go and even announced in front of everyone that Mpho was and still is his crush.

Sol Phenduka is a South African radio presenter, and Podcaster. Most people know him from his Yfm days as a presenter. He later joined other big radio stations, where he was later fired.

Sol joined MacG’s podcast in 2021 when MacG’s co-host Lenn left the podcast. He opened up about being broke, and having a gambling issues.

Sol has since become a huge part of the podcast, and people have come to love them together.

People are currently celebrating Sol Phenduka on his big achievement. He has been doing really good ever since joining the podcast with MacG. Sol was announced as a new breakfast host on Kaya FM, alongside Dineo Ranaka.

City of Cape Town – A former model made an appearance in the Western Cape High Court where he is accused of killing his part-time model girlfriend, Simnikiwe Mfengu, four years ago. The murder took place in the city of Cape Town.

After it was reported that she had been stabbed several times, allegedly by her boyfriend Muepa Kasongo, the news of the 22-year-death old’s in December 2018 left the modeling community reeling. Her death was reported to have occurred after it was reported that she had been dating Muepa Kasongo.

Kasongo has been charged with murder, theft, and assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm for allegedly abusing the model and then stabbing her to death. He also faces additional charges related to the theft of the model’s belongings.

According to the allegations made by the state, Kasongo physically assaulted Mfengu by dragging her, biting her, and otherwise abusing her, which caused her to sustain injuries to her body. In addition to this, it is alleged that he stole her phone in an effort to prevent her from communicating with anyone.

Mfengu was well liked in the modeling community and worked as an assistant at a retail store in Tyger Valley. The store was located in Tyger Valley. Kasongo paid her a visit at her workplace two days before she was murdered and insisted that they have a conversation with each other. Even after he was told that she was extremely busy, he insisted on staying in the store until the manager specifically instructed him to leave the premises.

 

The next day, around 9 o’clock in the evening, neighbors in her Silversands neighborhood heard her sobbing and wailing at her home.

It was reported that she had inquired as to why Kasongo was treating her in such a manner. The last time anyone saw her alive, she was standing outside her home with Kasongo just before the two of them vanished inside.

The next day, her body was found inside the house; she had been stabbed 11 times when she was killed. The State has determined that multiple stab wounds were the cause of death in this case.

Wherever controversial artist Kelly Khumalo is, she will be stunned, if not paralyzed, when her watching brief, Advocate Magdalene Moonsamy, informs her that Advocate Malesela Teffo, the lawyer for accused 1-4 in the Senzo Meyiwa trial, has today dropped a huge bombshell that could turn the case on its head.

Following the state’s position that the director of public prosecutions in the South Gauteng division, was unlikely to pursue docket 375, which recommends that Kelly and all those present on that fateful day when Meyiwa was murdered, be prosecuted for obstructing the ends of justice for Meyiwa’s murder.

Teffo told the court that his clients will ask the state for a 𝘕𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪 certificate so that they can proceed with the case privately.

What is a 𝘕𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪 certificate?

– It is a legal notice or entry of record that the prosecutor, in this case, the NPA, has opted to abandon the prosecution on the basis that there are no reasonable prospects or merit for success.

– It may be entered in a criminal case any time, after the charges are brought or before the judgement is made on the matter.

– Epigrammagically put, it is given out by the NPA when they have declined against prosecuting.

Former President Jacob Zuma, for example, was recently given one after the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) opted not to prosecute its prosecutor, Billy Downer SC citing insufficient evidence.

Teffo has consequently requested that the state make a decision, forthwith.

Although the DDP in South Gauteng has not made a decision in writing other than to state that the case against Khumalo was not watertight, it will most likely have to decide whether to prosecute or grant the certificate to Teffo, who appears to be ready to pursue the people in docket 375.

Suffice to say, the NPA, fearful of being accused of prejudice and of being exposed by Teffo if they provide the certificate and Teffo goes on to successfully indict Kelly and co, may still change their minds, as they did when Afriforum made the same request a few years ago.

Meanwhile, the case has been postponed till September after accused 5’s counsel, Advocate Zandile Mshololo, filed for a postponement on the grounds that she needed time in order to determine the status quo of the docket from the NPA.

Kelly discussed the online backlash she has received, alleging that some people are disappointed she didn’t die instead. Unfortunately, life isn’t always fair, and you don’t always get what you desire. Kelly appears to be a long way from being found not guilty in the Senzo Meyiwa case. The thirty-seven-year-old has only one option: focus on her music, hang out with nonjudgmental pals, drink some wine, and get wasted.

She stated that the hangover is entirely the fault of Zakwe, who provided her with the alcohol she does not consume. Kelly stated that it was too powerful for her. After all, because it was a party, no one can blame The Empini hitmaker.

Kelly feels confident enough to sing a song that has yet to be released. Kelly explained that they were celebrating the release of her new single, Bazokhuluma, in July. Mzansi reacted positively to the news and Kelly’s inebriation. Somizi, Mnqobi Nxumalo, and others were among them.
