“I THINK ITS TIME FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW THE TRUTH. I’ve been quiet for too long trying to be mature, but she has been pushing me,” he wrote on his feed.

Ndlanzi and his legal team filed a legal document against Nonku Williams on Monday, 19 February. It states that the former lovebirds met through a mutual friend in October 2022.

According to the document, the duo was introduced to one another when the reality TV star and businesswoman allegedly had financial issues with her company. At the time, Williams is said to have allegedly requested Ndlanzi and his business partner to assist her with her troubles.

According to the document, at some point, Ndlanzi and Williams got involved romantically and since parting ways romantically, the reality TV star has published a “scathing, untruthful’, and “unlawful” statement with the aim to defame her ex’s character .

The document further claims that on the Showmax reality TV show as well as on social media, Williams has accused Ndlanzi of stealing materials from her company worth R300 000.

“You made such allegation knowing very well that they are untruthful and unlawful but continued to publish it with sole intention of causing damage to our clients reputation and dignity,” the document read.

“In the light of the above, we hereby demand that you immediately retract and remove all social media posts and/or page on all social media platforms containing any false and defamatory information or misrepresentations such as those in the letter,” the document added.
