In the earlier hours of today we received some very terrible need regarding the sad passing of a well-known football player, Ntswaki Maxwell has sadly lost his life.

He was laid to rest over the weekend, and his death was confirmed by a very well-known radio presenter who is very dedicated when it comes to the growth of our sports.

So far it’s still a developing story I don’t have all the details regarding his sad passing, he was young he was a goalkeeper of United Warriors may his soul rest in peace.

It’s a sad week for football in general over a week ago we lost another young talented football player in the form of Caleb in training.

He was not that old he was born in 1990 he was 32 years of age, and may his soul rest well our condolences are with his family as well as the United Warriors once a warrior always a warrior.

Venda people are known for wearing outfits made from the Wenda cloth also known as traditional striped material.One amazing thing about this material is that it can be used to design outfits for every occasion, be it parties, formal events or weddings. Shauwn Mkhize and Nozipho

Last year, businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize and her sister Nozipho attended a traditional wedding, both dressed in wenda. Shauwn wore the one with pink stripes, while Nozipho wore the yellow striped one. The sisters wore Isizulu beads on top and this made them look even more beautiful.

In one of her performances she wore this venda traditional attire and shared that she fell in love with it when she visited South Africa and saw her interviewer in joburg wearing it, she said she couldn’t believe how much she wanted it, and eventually asked her interviewer to sell it to her after the interview and she agreed.

Lady amar is a disc jockey who has worked with artists such as Makhadzi. Makhadzi is a proud TshiVenda singer, and in one of her music videos alongside Lady amar she wore wenda outfit while the dj wore a skirt and top made from this material.
Basetsana Khumalo

The former Miss SA is a lover of Venda culture. She has shared pictures wearing their different attires. I believe the reason she likes the culture may be because she stayed in their area while studying at the University Venda.
Liteboho Molise

Liteboho is a Lesotho-born actress who has shared pictures wearing the venda traditional outfit.
Thembisa Mdoda

The actress and tv personality attended one of the events wearing a dress made from the red wenda cloth.

Themba Broly may have missed out on winning Big Brother Mzansi by a mile, but he hasn’t stopped winning at life ever since. He has launched a thriving music career and is making a name for himself everywhere he goes. It seems his reach is quite extensive.

He was blown away when an interaction with a national treasure was captured on video.

Themba was attending the Sout African Traditional Music Achievement Award when the interaction happened. He explained it in his post. He wrote, “😭💚Tears were all over my eyes when the great Dr Noxolo Grootboom came straight to my table after receiving an award @satmaawards to greet me personally😭,I never imagined that she even knows me 😭🙏🏾.”

 

 

 

 

This was obviously momentous for many reasons. Mama Noxolo Grootboom is one the country’s favourite people. She was the face of IsiXhosa news for a long time and her beloved sign off, “Ndinithanda nonke emakhaya” (I love you all at home) was timeless. She has since retired yet her impact lingers on in the culture.

People were happy for Themba under the post and wrote encouraging messages.

I would probably also be thrilled if someone as legendary as Mama Noxolo recognised me and went out of her way to great me. It was a heartwarming interaction and proof that Themba is going to continue to make it in life. The support he has already is proof of that.

On social media, a picture of three South African Kwaito legends appeared, which amazed people.

The three legends—Zwai Bala on the left, Zola 7 in the middle, and Kabelo on the right—owned the mic in the past, were major figures in the music business, and had a profound impact on a great number of artists, shaping music as we know it today.

The coronation of the king took place during the weekend and the Zulu nation now have a king after the late King Zwelithinis children fought over the throne. Misizulu has been crowned the king and the country could not be more happier.

President , Cyril Ramaposa and Malawian King were one of the attendees of the coronation amongst others.

King Misizulu thanked Cyril Ramaposa for his support and the citizens of South Africa began to drag Zumas name into that as they say, the king did not even acknowledge him.

Not long ago, Duduzile Zuma, the daughter of the former president, Jacob Zuma spoke of Misizulu being a liability to the Zulu nation and people did not take well her rants and began to attack her.
