A King From Malawi Also Attended King Misuzulu’s Traditional Coronation

King Misuzulu’s coronation attracted people from different backgrounds who came to witness his ascendancy to the throne. One of the honourable individuals who graced his ceremony is king M’mbelwa from Malawi.

The king from Malawi, M’mbelwa gave a speech about “African unity” and gifted King Misuzulu with a bull. This good gesture sparked a debate about what Africans can actually achieve if only they knew the full meaning of “stronger together”.

King Mbelwa from Malawi congratulated King Misuzulu and said his first biggest job is restoring the traditional Nguni languages. He says the King should unite all Africans.

He also advised King Misuzulu not to discriminate those who did not support him, but must thrive to bring them together so that he can rule over a kingdom that is not divided.

The King from Malawi offered congratulatory messages to the Zulu king and his nation, and said they should continue to thrive.

“Today we are witnessing the settling of the dust in the Zulu land. Your majesty, the people that did not support you and the people that supported you are all your children, do not differentiate them. Bring them together all of them, you are the father today,” he said.

Social media users who concur with utterances made by King M’belwa from Malawi, said the traditional leaders should be the ones at the forefront fighting for unity because kingdoms that are still standing in the midst of civilization show that they have managed to withstand pressure and interference from the Western countries.

“If Africa is to unite I think Kings are better positioned to do that because we can’t trust politicians anymore they never act in the best interest of the people they lead. Let’s see how the plea of King M’mbelwa at the coronation of King Misuzulu is going to play itself,” some said.
