Mampintsha died on December 24 at the age of 40 after being admitted in hospital for what was described as a minor stroke. His death left a lot of people in shock as no one expected it, even when news that he was in hospital made it to the public. 

At his memorial, Babes Wodumo revealed that she had not found her husband’s password to his phone, leaving those in attendance laughing with her on that. However, she since came back days later after the funeral to say that she had found his password and started using his phone. 

 
Now more, it has been revealed that Wodumo who is the mother of Mampintsha’s son Sponge has now also got hold of his Facebook password and is seemingly using his Facebook account, something that has left a lot of people not understanding why she would do something like this. A friend of hers known as Sizwe Mdlalose is believed to have been quoted saying that a lot of things are yet to come out now that Babes Wodumo is using Mampintsha’s phone to access everything that had going in his life. 

Babes Wodumo has even given her first performance ever since her husband’s death, showing that she is going on her life and is ready to revive her music career.
