South Africans were left concerned and fearful when Dineo Ranaka took to her Twitter account to reveal that she is suicidal.

She took to her Instagram to post, “Because I’m trying my best to NOT commit suicide. My mind is so loud of late…”

In recent months, Dineo Ranaka has maintained a quiet profile. The seasoned journalist and traditional healer has reportedly put a lot of effort into maintaining her mental health. Because of the developer of the LuvDr beauty line’s recent foray into clothes, even her brand has expanded this story.

To underscore her own struggles with mental health, she chose to name this time’s athleisure clothing line ANXY, which is pronounced anxiety.

It appears that she may have originally benefited from her foray into conventional healing and by answering her calling. As a result of her new Instagram posts, it appears that Dineo is spiraling once more.

Dineo Ranaka is a South African television host, radio personality, DJ and reality television star, she is a cast member of the Ranaka’s family reality show. She is a mother of 4 children and has once privately gotten married, Dineo has been open about her life and struggles against mental health issues.

Dineo once said she has had a very hard life growing up with so many siblings but she was raised by two loving parents and came from a big family. She said life is so hard and she is trying so hard not to commit suicide and that she is also scared for her children, She also said she sympathize with people who commit suicide because life is so hard. Her older sister Manaka commented on the post telling her sister that she is strength.
