Dineo Ranaka has taken it to social media to reveal that she is struggling to cope with her mental health problems. She says that she is trying too hard not to commit suicide because every day it gets harder for her.

She disclosed that she is now going through a lot of struggles and fighting suicide thoughts. The media personality is well-known for her lively and engaging demeanor.

Dineo Ranaka described the excessive noise in her thoughts in her sincere Instagram posts, which provided a gloomy picture of her mental health.

She courageously expressed her problems by saying,

“Because I’m trying my best to NOT commit suicide. My mind is s0000000 loud of late, and life is f×cking HARD, so fucking hard, and I’m trying my best, but it seems my best is not enough.”
