On friday the 10th of february music icon Kiernan Jarryd Forbes ( AKA) was shot dead outside a popular restaurant on Florida road in Durban. His death has shattered many hearts. The rapper was laid to rest on the 18th of february in a private funeral service.

Vunene Mabasa an artist from Chavani Limpopo decided to pay tribute to AKA by painting his face on her chest. She posted the video of herself doing the painting on social media and says that it got 200 000 in a day. It was the first time that she sketched a person’s face on her chest and claims that it was very difficult to complete. It took her around six hours but the effort paid of well. Vunene is a huge fan of the late musician. A lot of other fans have paid tribute to him by getting tattoos of his name and face.
