Durban based soap, Imbewu, is getting into a crisis of losing actors due to payment disputes.

Now, a third actor is alleged to have left the soap because of low payment. It is reported that he will be replaced by a seasoned actor who has acted for Uzalo and Generations The Legacy.

The production company of Imbewu really need to resolve this issue of payment because they will keep on losing actors should this issue persists. It is not a minor thing to lose genuine actors, consecutively in the same reason. Something should be done to stop that.

 

It goes without saying that Nkanyiso Mchunu who played the role of Nkululeko Bhengu, was a people’s favourite. His charming looks made him to be loved especially by ladies. Also, his acting skills was very good and impressive.

Sadly, he has now left Imbewu. This is his last week on the soap.

Last week, he took to his social media pages to bid farewell and thanked everyone for support. He mentioned that he will now be focusing on some new endeavours which he did not mention.

It has been reported that he will be replaced by Kay Sibiya, who was known at Uzalo.
