‘Always Dripping’ – Major League DJz’s throwback photo trends

No doubt Major League DJz have been winning big in the back of their newfound fame.

Bandile and Banele Mbele have wowed many with their unmatched flair on decks and have quickly become one of the most sought-after DJs.Over the years, they have made Europe their playing group and have been headlining several international gigs. In the backdrop of their newfound fame, Major League DJz are topping trends after they dropped their childhood photos on the internet.


 

The now-viral photos have gained thousands of reactions and comments since they dropped on the internet.However, little is known about when they were taken. After all, Mzansi was more than convinced they had the ‘plug and the bling’ while they were young.

CAREER

They had their shot to fame in 2006 when they decided to host events and after-parties. However, they have hosted several after-parties for celebrities, including Fat Joe, 50 Cent and Akon.

Over the years, they have since switched the floor they have also been credited for being the leaders of the New Age Kwaito. Their Major League Gardens set has become one of their biggest career highlights.

Mzansi was undoubtedly shocked to learn that the Major League DJz were born in the United States. The duo was born on 3 January 1991 in Briston, United States.In 2020, the DJ cheated death after being involved in a horrific accident. However, the two were both lucky to escape without serious injuries.

Years later, little is known about what happened and who was at fault when the accident occurred. However, rumour mill has it that the two had an accident on their way to a booked gig in Middleburg in Mpumalanga.

In the backdrop of the accident, one managed to make it to the event they were set to perform at Mtoni Strictly All White Party at Hype and Pub Restaurant on 12 December 2020.
