Ali Ferguson gets her mother Connie Ferguson’s younger sister a cake for her birthday.

In our African culture, your parents’ siblings are your siblings as well. When your parents die, they become your guardians. That’s why most families are big and we never had issues of often back in the day. Family structures have changed a lot. There are some who are still sticking to the old way of doing things.

Connie Ferguson is very close with her family. So much that she does most things with them. She works out with her daughters, father and younger sister. Her daughter works at Ferguson Films as well as her sister. They have had her back through her husband’s death.

Her being close to her sister has led to her children being close to her as well. Ali her youngest daughter bought her aunt a cake from their go to cake chef Zondi. It has a lion on it and huge. One thing about chef Zondi is that he doesn’t miss.
