When Own Your Throne rapper first broke into the music scene, many were struggling to accept her as a rapper. Hip Hop heads criticized her bars and writing abilities, concluding that she has a ghostwriter.
However, some are warming up to her being in the rap game after she broke history as being the first female rapper to receive a platinum plaque for her breakthrough single ‘Wuz Dat’ featuring Nasty C.
AKA has been in the industry for more than 10 years and he has become a household name who has accolades that signify his talent.His decade long career in the SA Hip/Hop scene does not ‘allow’ him to be compared to Boity, as he had a bit of a laugh when a troll decided to go for him.
The Monuments hitmaker laughed off claims that Boity is a better rapper than him, and it is safe to say he did offend a lot of Boity fans and some who are not even her fans believe he did that in poor tatse.
After a stan hyped AKA’s talent and commended his rap skills in SA, he commented with that claim made by a troll and he “nearly died.”
