As of late, Adv Malesela Teffo has unleashed a jaw-dropper. He just stated in court that he was withdrawing from the Senzo Meyiwa preliminary. 1-4 will not be addressing the suspect at this time.
He promised to return to his duties as a Meyiwa family gatekeeper soon. Adv Teffo informed the appointed authority that the police and the NPA had prompted him to believe he was unfit to be involved in this case. “I foresaw the end conclusion. They were all accused in the High Court of Pretoria of murder, attempted murder, and burglary under the circumstances of absolution, including Sifisokuhle Nkani Ntuli and Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya. In their defense, they have claimed that they are not to fault.

There is no doubt in my mind that a lawyer for Teffo claims to have addressed only one or two of the four men who have accused him of sexual abuse. Senzo Meyiwa’s death remains a mystery. This test was littered with profanity. A challenge to the SA equity framework isn’t expected until later, unless there’s someone in finance who wants to do so. This case has taken a toll on the lawyer’s mental and emotional well-being.
