Neo told Daily Sun that returning to Generation: The Legacy feels like returning home.“The show has been a significant part of my journey, and I can’t wait to share the thrill of Dikeledi’s next chapter with everyone,” she said.

“It’s a big honour to be back on the biggest soapie in Mzansi and working with the biggest production.”

The actress said she won’t disclose how long Dikeledi will be on the screens because her character is complicated.

“I will also not be giving full details about what Dikeledi, known as Didi, will be doing. But the Dikeledi storyline will shock everyone.” Neo is the granddaughter of a famous actor, Paul Rapetsoa, who appeared in many TV series, including the SABC1 show Skeem Saam.

Her father is also a well-known producer and director, Matome Rapetsoa.

Neo, a digital creator, said this year she’s focusing on acting full-time.

“I was part of the film titled Areyeng Jozi released a few months ago where I was playing Mmaloge,” she said.

She obtained her BA degree majoring in life performance from the African School of Film and Dramatic Arts (AFDA) in 2020, while she also received acting training at the New York Film Academy in 2018.

She also appeared on The Queen as Blessing.
