There seems to be trouble in one of South Africa’s oldest soapies which has been busy on the chop.

Mzansi Celebrity News © had reported this week about two actors who have been fired by the show.

 

 
Two top actors, MacDonald Ndou (KK) and Sydney Ramakuwela (Mulalo) got fired from the SABC 2 soap, Muvhango. They are not the only ones who were shown the door but the veteran actress, Elsie Rasalanavho,aged 7, who played the role of Mukondeleli, was also fired.

Her character died in May but now some rumours have resurfaced that she did not leave the show on good terms. Rasalanavho has been part of the show for 25 years.

A certain source told Daily Sun that she was not happy she is leaving, infact she was not expecting it.

When she was notified that her contract would not be renewed, she collapsed and had to be admitted in hospital.

It came as a shock that after 25 years having been on the show, she was just dropped like that.

It appears that she had no knowledge what she did to the production team that they would something so painful to her despite giving it her all.

Another source said that Elsie, who appeared on half of the new season, initially wanted to leave immediately.

She was told that they make a big deal of her exit, to the extent that a press releases was supposed to be released after herast episode but that did not happen.

It also appears that the future is not safe for others as the production company wants more young people on the show hence they’re letting go of some actors.

When Elsie heard the news, she collapsed and had to be taken to hospital.
