Viewers are about to experience a different side of one of Mzansi’s artists as he will be joining DiepCity as a new actor.

DiepCity is a South African show that airs on Mzansi Magic produced by Mandla N. It entertains, focuses and educates about young women joining the world of criminals for survival . The cast members of DiepCity are talented actresses such as a former dangerous woman on Uzalo being Dawn Thandeka. The show will soon be welcoming a new member or actor to continue with entertaining and educating the viewers.

 

 

 

The existing cast of DiepCity will be joined by Mzansi’s famous artist, Rasta who comes from Zimbabwe. Libane Serenje known as Rasta The Artist is popular known for drawing or doing paintings of different media personalities including those that pass on. He has now joined the television side of the entertainment industry and mentioned that he will joining the cast of DiepCity even though, he did not reveal more details about his role when he was speaking about what this year has in store for him.

“This year, a lot of great things will be happening in my life. People should expect me to see me on one of the series’ on TV. My acting career will kick off as i will join the cast of DiepCity on Mzansi Magic”, Rasta The Artist said.

“It is all thanks to Mandla N who also spotted my talent. I have been doing portraits for years, and soon i will be doing my exhibition at the Market Theatre. I can’t share much info on that”, He added.

It is good to see Rasta The Artist expanding on his talent. He is criticized by many for his art work, with them saying that he does not know how to draw but he kept going until now whereby he is going for the television screens. He is indeed an inspiration to many. Viewers better be ready to be entertained by him. They should give him a chance and not be quick to judge him or his acting skills.
