On Monday, Mzansi for to meet Dr Nandipha’s mother for the first time. The wam has been kept far away feom the public eye bur on Monday the country had to see a glimpse of what she looks like. The woman looks like a decent woman. We doubt I’d she know what was going on all along.

 

 

 

Nandipha Magudumana’s mother was captured weeping as her daughter and husband, Zolile Sekeleni, appeared at the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court. This was after Dr Nandipha Magudumana blew kisses to her family. Her mother and sister become emotional.The heartbroken woman couldn’t control her tears as she watched her loved ones chained in the dock. This is the first time pictures of Nandipha’s mother have been revealed to the public. We were starting to wonder if the infamous doctor had a mother. I can’t imagine what her mother is going through. Seeing her husband and daughter in the same hot seat. We pray for more strength to her. Hopefully she isn’t involved as well.

Atleast Dr Nandipha still has her family’s support in court, as for Thabo Bester he has no one. Dr Nandi really brought shame to her family, a whole Dr throwing her life away like this it will never make sense to me. Did she not for once think that they will be caught one day? I see a family standing together through tough times. Seeing her Mom and sister and Dad next to her makes the challenge feel lighter. At the end of the day family is all we have, as a mother/father no matter what your child has done they will always be your child. Hope that they remain strong. This all affects them too so much.

Meanwhile, the NPA has withdrawn charge of murder against Dr Nandipha’s father Zolile Cornelius Sekeleni. He now faces charges of defeating the ends of justice, aiding and abetting a prisoner to escape and fraud. Cornelius Sekeleni was granted bail after appearing at the Bloemfontein Magistrates court on Monday.
