Sindi Dlathu is one of the biggest actresses in the country. From being an upcoming actress from Muvhango to being the main character in one of the biggest Telenovelas in the country, The River, she is quiet the brand.

Recently the actress found herself at the mercy of The River viewers, after it came to light that the stipulations in her contract from Muvhango; have carried over to The River as well- and they were not impressed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

According to The River fans…Sindi Dlathu’s contract from The River states that she can only hug all the co-actors that play her partner; she can never kiss them. This left many South Africans and they did not shy away from voicing their dissatisfaction.

“I have noticed that a couple of times and honestly it is starting to bore me” said one unimpressed viewer.

Being a household name comes with its own perks, with one being that the producers are able to honour your wishes; but many South Africans feel that it is not practical for a couple to have a great chemistry with no “action” involved. The last time the actress was involved in a kissing scene with Rapulana, the internet was left buzzing as it is something that was never seen before and since then the closest an actor has gotten is a kiss on her hand.
