Subject: Take a look at the reaction of the Bulawayo crowd to the South African performer Big Zulu.

Many South African musicians perform in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and it’s as if they’re back home; in fact, the only site outside of South Africa and Eswatini where they may do so is the Matebeleland region.
 

Big Zulu performed on the other side of the wall. After Big Zulu, a South African-born musician, took the stage, the crowd in Zimbabwe went absolutely wild and couldn’t stop roaring their approval.

I’d like to think that any performer with those kinds of fans would jump at the chance to play in front of them.

Having experienced the incredible support and incredibly cool audiences in Zimbabwe, I can see why so many artists from South Africa are scheduling gigs there without hesitation.
