Lindiwe and Zweli Dikana have been through a lot on The River.
Who would have thought that their love story would come to such an abrupt end?
Zweli filed for divorce and quit his job as the police commissioner, leaving Lindiwe heartbroken. He said he couldn’t accept her double life of being a loving wife and a brutal killer.
However, her heartbreak didn’t last too long as the mining tycoon has a new love interest, Bangizwe Zwane. The wealthy scrapyard owner has been pulling out all the stops to impress her, and it’s working.
The two were childhood friends but Bangizwe has always had a soft spot for Lindiwe.
He seems like a strong man who can handle the fierce Lindiwe. She is now so focused on her new umjolo that she hasn’t even noticed that the Hlophes are looting her mine.
Luckily for her, Charlie captured Thumbeza on camera plotting to steal diamonds with an underground jeweller. Charlie now wants a slice of the cake. If they fail to pay up, he’ll sing like a bird to Lindiwe with hopes that she’ll pay her for his information. Charlie is greedy and will do anything for a quick buck, even if it means putting his life in danger.
