DJ Zinhle’s Daughter Asante Finally Discharged From Hospital After Being Hospitalised

DJ Zinhle is a very relieved mother after her 16-month-old daughter Asante was finally discharged from the hospital.

The “Indlovu” hitmaker and her husband Bongani’ Murdah Bongz’ Mohosana’s daughter was hospitalised for an undisclosed ailment.

Dj Zinhle revealed the news on Instagram but did not reveal what her daughter was ailing from.

The Indlovu hitmaker said that she had been crying every night because she could not stand leaving her daughter in the hospital.

However, on Thursday, DJ Zinhle finally got some good news after Asante was discharged from the hospital.
The very relieved and happy mother took to social media to share her joy and relief. She posted on her Instagram stories,

“So, Santy’s been in hospital since Monday, and today she’s coming out,” she said.

“Daddy @murdahbongz has been suffering because I have been crying every night after visiting my baby. I could (not) stand leaving her in hospital.”

In another post, she wrote,

“@asantewithlove hated the drip so much. Again my sweet baby @thando__mokoena was a hero for another one of my babies. @pearlthusi, you should be proud.”

This is one less burden for DJ Zinhle, who has been mourning the loss of her baby daddy, AKA, who was murdered earlier this month.

The rapper, real name Kiernan Forbes, died after he was brutally gunned down outside a night spot in Durban on the 10th of February. He was laid to rest in a private ceremony on Saturday, the 18th of February.

Zinhle, who had an excellent co-parenting relationship with AKA, took to social media to mourn him. In one of her posts, she wrote,

“Kiernan, I am so sorry that you have been robbed of your time with your daughter, with @nadianakai, Steffan, your mom @lynnforbesza, dad and all of us. I would give anything for Kairo to have more time with you, Kiernan. Her asking questions breaks me. What do I do when she misses and needs you?

“We quickly learnt that our differences would not be a burden for our daughter, our past mistakes could not deprive our daughter of a happy childhood with love from both mom and dad. I am so glad we figured it out, it’s as if we knew you would not be about long enough. Thank you for loving her the way you did.”
