It’s like it has just happened at this hour. The news are still shocking and hardly to believe that the richest and number one South African rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes, got assassinated in Durban together with his long found friend, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.

Lynn Forbes, who’s the mother of the deceased Hip-Hop artist, gave a speech which left everyone with tears dropping down their cheeks, young and old.

AKA’s mother informed the attendants of her son’s memorial service that, besides having Kiernan Forbes as his son, she has many sons and daughters.

Without putting any form of barriers or discriminatory divides, Lynn said Don Design is her son whom she loves unconditionally.

DJ Zinhle and Nadia Nakai are her lovely daughters and she loves them truely as much as she used to love AKA.

Don Design and AKA were best friends. Unfortunately he’s allegedly reported as one of the culprits involved in the brutal shooting of Kairo’s father, AKA. NO

Don Design was also present when AKA was brutally shot on the 10th of February. May his soul rests in everlasting peace!

It was a full packed memorial service at the Sandton Convention Centre on Friday, people were left dump-founded and with little words to say but to sing and sob for the untimely lost of the rapper soul, Kiernan.
