Many people have been seen showing their support and care to the rapper. Fans comfort AKA’s mom, Lynn Forbes, at a night vigil held in the late rapper’s honour yesterday. AKA’s mom also encouraged young people to vote.
ANC were seen with holding candles last night as they honour AKA. They were spotted holding a candlelight ceremony outside AKA’s home in Bryanston. ANC Comrades were spotted gathered outside his home. The ANC leader were giving words of comfort to AKA’s family where he told them that, his music has been an inspiration to many youths in the country.
What the ANC did last night was very touching. You could see AKA’s family emotions when they have begun singing and chanting revolutionary songs. AKA was a member of ANC, and he was also part of ANC youth League who supported the party. The ANC Comrades said a mouthful and touched by his words. His family including the Comrades shared a tear after hearing his speech.
When there was a call for free education in South Africa, AKA did not hide like any other people. The comrades revealed that AKA was another celebrity who also went to protest with the students who were financially excluded from NSFAS. Apparently it was revealed that AKA donated R100 000,00 cash to help students from the University of Johannesburg.
