Rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes was brutally gunned down at 22:00 on Friday outside the popular Wish restaurant in Florida Road, Durban. His parents, Tony and Lynn took to social media post a statement confirming his death.

South Africans were incredibly impressed when DJ Zinhle paid tribute to the father of her eldest daughter and former partner. A heartwarming interaction between Zinhle, Kairo, AKA and his girlfriend Nadia Nakai.

People were impressed with how close and comfortable they are with each other. AKA and DJ Zinhle went public with their relationship back in 2014. Kairo was born a year later; however, the pair had confirmed that they broke up while DJ Zinhle was pregnant.

DJ Zinhle is now married to musician Murdah Bongz. AKA was in a relationship with fellow rapper Nadia Nakai at the time of his death.
