UMKHOKHA is back to REPLACE Diepcity
KZN-based drama series Umkhokha returns to Mzansi Magic in March – as a daily telenovela, subtitled “The Curse”. Yes-yes ma’ TV luvvas, it’s got Duma Ndlovu written all over it. He’s executively producing through RhythmWorld Productions. It’s a prequel to the drama series that explores how and when it all begin. How did the mega-church, Ithempeli Lenkosi, become a deadly battleground?
Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela reports that former Generations actress Sthandiwe Kgoroge will not be returning to Umkhokha: The Curse and the telenovela will replace Diep City from 6 March at 20:30 on Mzansi Magic.

 

The show which is produced by Rhythm World Production will now be head written by Siphosethu Tshapu and Kagiso Mogale.
