According to Lavie, the POT finale, which is scheduled for the 27th of December 2022, is likely to go down in history books as one of the best parties post-COVID-19 lockdown.

“POT’s success has exceeded my expectations, thanks to the support of all entertainment industry stakeholders who have supported us since day one.” Kelvin Momo, Dlala Thukzin, Thee Buhle, and Hope Mqhele are all ready to rock the crowd on the 27th of December. “The finale is definitely going to be one of the best nights for the fans.” said Lavie

Lavie says POT has been a Mzansi tourist attraction.

“It’s festive; people come to Durban to unwind and forget about their problems to have a great time, so POT is just the best way to cater great memories for the tourists,” he said.

Two weeks ago, Lavie and Kgolo Da Guru (Kgolo Mthembu) had a relaunch of their new restaurant, Rich.

“We’re just upping our game, and we don’t want to give people the same old thing, so we had to go back to the drawing board and come up with an exclusive place for people to dine and party,” he added.

Recently, Lavie hosted the Youth Hip Hop Festival in Greyville Racecourse, and we fans got a treat from artists such as KO, AKA, Blackie, Nasty C, Emtee, and Lucasrap, to name a few.

“Next year’s Youth Hip Hop Festival, we’re looking to secure a big hip-hop star, but everything is on track, and we mean business,” said Lavie.
