KwaZulu Natal based female DJ, DJ Happygal has been hired by one of the top commercial radio station in KwaZulu Natal Gagasi FM, as one of its broadcasters.

The source reveal that DJ who hails from Mpangeni, but now based in Durban, Happy “Happygal” Ndlovu, has joined this radio station based in Mhlanga.

 
The radio station spokesperson Mr Khulekani Shandu, was shocked that the matter had reached the media when he was contacted on Friday afternoon.

“We said we would send a statement, but of course, she has joined,” said Khulekani.

According to the source, Happy will collaborate with Maky Music, in the program called V Session. Mkay Music was broadcasting on Community Radio Station Durban Youth Radio 105.1FM . They both just joined, the show was previously hosted by DJ Sonic, who also presents the 12 noon program with Flymotion during the week and he was caught in the program after DJ Vumar left it, to host a Sunday christian show.

Vumar presents a program that starts at 4 am during the week and has been given another one for Sunday morning, when he replaces Nomfundo Xaba, who left suddenly and said she wanted to focus on business.

When DJ Happy was contacted by the source, she said she does not know if she is allowed to talk to the media about this and said she will ask his managers. It’s past press time and she hasn’t returned.

She just joins the station, but it not her first radio gig as she hosted the weekend drive on a Community radio station located in KwaMashu Vibe 94.7FM .
