They Catch Fish Instead Of Criminals” Photo Of Police Using SAPS Cars At Fishing

Many people have taken to social media to complain about the incompetency of the South African police service. When you see people no longer calling the police and doing mob justice, it’s because they are fed up. They claim that nowadays the police are corrupt and they work together with criminals. Sometimes you can call the police station and ask for immediate assistance, and they will tell you that all the police and cars went out to deal with another matter, so they will attend to yours later, but when you walk down the street, you will see a police van being used on something that is personal.

With that, people are now resorting to mob justice and taking the law into their own hands. It seems like modern police don’t respect their work and they use police cars for personal use. Not so long ago, there was a trending story about a police car that was found in the groove, and the person who was driving it said his police friend gave it to him. A policeman is supposed to be a person who practices the law every time since he’s the law enforcer, but what we see nowadays is the complete opposite.

Recently, there was a trending photo of two police officers who were spotted in the river catching fish with a police car. The two vans can be seen camping next to the dam while police officers were outside catching fish. This photo was taken in the Western Cape, in Paarl. The police in this area are well known for abusing their power and using police cars for personal use. People were so angry to see this; some even said that instead of catching criminals, they were catching fish.

This is very sad. You only see police vehicles in Orange Farm when they go to their girlfriends, scrapyards, with their families, or when they go to or knock off from work. You won’t even see one patrolling the area. We know that fishing is a recreational activity for them, But at least they should use their personal cars when they go fishing because people are dying because there are no cars to patrol and attend serious crime scenes.
