While fans were happy that they will get to see their favorite actor on screen again, Cornet Mamabolo famous for his Skeem Saam role as Tbose is yet again exiting the acting spaces.

The actor who announced his come back to screen barely two months ago is now going back into hibernation.

Cornet had taken up the role of Lerumo on 1Magic’s telenovela The River.

 

 

 

 

December teasers reveal that Lerumo will be caught by Zweli while in the act of trying to murder Beauty.

Cornet came into The River and Kabzela’s half brother who has been on a killing spree but it all ends when he gets bursted by Zweli (Hlomla Dandala who is also exiting the show).

However Cornet’s brief come back does not come as a surprise as he once told Drum Magazine in an interview that coming back to acting isn’t easy as he’s focusing on his businesses so he took this role knowing its going to be short lived.

He shocked everyone last year when he announced his exit from Skeem Saam a role which he had played for over a decade.

He said he wanted to focus on his business ventures and some other things as well.

Although we miss him on our SABC 1 screens we always wish him the best in his ventures.
