Today DJ Sumbody momerial service was held. His family, friends and supporters all gathered together in all white to celebrate the flashy life of the amapiano hitmaker.

Popular social media influencer Faith Nketsi, reacted to the DJ’s death with heartbreak.

 

 

 

DJ Sumbody died in a hail of bullets in Woodmead Drive and Woodland Drive in Sandton while he was making his to a gig. He and his driver both died at the scene, another person who was travelling with them, on a different car was rushed to hospital after he suffered from gunshot wounds.

The Sefoka family went to the scene where their son died to perform a spirit fetching ritual, where they take DJ Sumbody’s spirit back home, so he can rest in peace.

Today, all his loved ones gathered together, wearing his favourite theme of all white, to celebrate his life.

EFF leader Julius Malema paid tribute to the DJ, joined by several Industry colleagues including colleagues, rappers Cassper Nyovest AKA, Boity, joining in now is Faith Nketsi who Zalebs quoted her saying:

“What a slap in the face. I almost asked Andzelo if Sumbody confirmed Ayepyep. Ntate Oupa hle. yo shem. I can’t believe he’s gone. I’m so thankful to him for everything. Lol we fought like siblings and we made up like siblings. I’m going to miss you so much”. Faith tweeted.

He will be sent to his final resting place on November 26, at the Ga-Masemola, Apel Four Ways Cross.

According to reports, the funeral service will also be live streamed on YouTube and Facebook for those are unable to attend and for fans.
